1. Open the image you would like to apply the effect to. I will be using this one:

2. Now click on image > adjustments > hue and saturation.

3. Check the colorize box before you move on.

4. Adjust your settings to match mine (hue:50; saturation:25; lightness:25;)and click ok

You now have your finished product!
